This girl. This girl is not that little anymore. In fact, I noticed as she came walking down the hall the other day from the back of the house that it wasn't a little pitter patter that I heard. Nope. I had to listen carefully to see if it was her or her Daddy. She's got big steps these days. And the legs that carry those big steps keep us shopping. (Cut-off shorts will be the style for Miss Abigail this summer.)

She braids her own hair, reads ME stories, and I can almost just hand her her school work and she can read to see what she is suppose to do. My heart can't fully release that yet though.

And with this bigness brings on a new relationship we carry with her. She's not into wrestling on the floor and tickling anymore.

She loves to sit and talk.

She wants to be involved in helping with "the babies". I really think she is the only reason we make it on time sometimes.

She loves to bake, read, jump, climb, plant flowers. She's my little side-kick. And I love her.
